On January 14, the group held a video conference on the launching ceremony of the joint operation year in the conference room on the fourth floor of the headquarters. General manager Tao made an important speech, elaborated the background of putting forward the linkage operation year in detail, arranged three major tasks, proposed four major guarantee mechanisms, and made arrangements for the work in the near future.
Facts have proved that the achievements of "operation Liangjian" in 2011 and "operation Shenlong" in 2012 benefited from the group's high level of unity and laid a good working foundation. In 2013, after the group company made clear the business guiding ideology of "self-confidence innovation, month on month growth, value marketing and linkage operation", it proposed four major tasks, one core competitiveness and two magic weapons for each business unit. General manager Tao pointed out at the meeting that there are some bad phenomena in the internal management of the company, such as "weak executive power, insufficient business ability, poor administrative ability", "something happened, I don't know; done, no effect", and so on. Therefore, the key to achieve the goal or not is whether the operation is in place. Based on this, 2013 is positioned as the year of linkage operation.
General manager Tao stressed the connotation of management at the meeting. He said that management is a kind of life, management is planning, management is operation, and management is reward and punishment. Since the planning meeting on December 2728, 2012, the group has held six operation meetings in six days. This fully proves that if there is only a plan and no operation, the plan is not easy to implement, and the implementation of the plan is not easy to find problems, let alone solve them; if only a good planning work meeting is held without operation, the planned objectives will be difficult to achieve and easy to fail. Moreover, in order to ensure that the connotation of linkage operation is not mere formality, the group company has established four linkage operation guarantee mechanisms: matrix linkage operation system, internal linkage operation mechanism combined with external collaborative operation mechanism, internal and external linkage operation incentive mechanism, and linkage operation information sharing platform.
After the meeting, all levels of personnel reflected that the positioning of the linkage operation year is more targeted and pragmatic than before, highlighting the key points and seizing the current disadvantages.
