Nearly 100 personnel participated in the training, including quality and technical special line personnel, in plant technical service specialist of seed and seedling business department, veterinary medicine factory technical service specialist, and marketing technical service manager of feed subsidiary company. General manager Tao focused on the background, content and how to carry out effective training. Through thinking about the development of Taiwan's animal husbandry and exploring the support of the company's "dragon action" value marketing system, Mr. Tao believes that the survival and development space of single feed industry is becoming less and less, and the development of feed industry should be guided by the development mode of industrial chain, which requires the rapid improvement of comprehensive service ability. Tao asked the group to form a strong competitive system based on feed base, feed nutrition technology, seedling improvement technology and feeding and epidemic prevention technology, as well as financing and pig collection as supporting.
In this training, we integrated all kinds of teacher resources of feed division, seedling division and meat division, and conducted systematic training on Meishen breeding pig, feed nutrition, feeding management, epidemic prevention and health care, loan operation, pig purchase and other related knowledge.
