In order to ensure the implementation of the group's "six unified, chain operation" strategy in place, the Tang Renshen feed industry EAS system has been officially launched on October 18, 2012, the first 28 feed subsidiaries will be officially online at the same time, and complete the implementation in three months, the speed of which is unprecedented in the history of Changsha Kingdee project implementation.
In order to ensure the smooth implementation of EAS system, the group information center has broken through the conventional thinking mode of project management and has the courage to surpass itself. It has adopted the spiral promotion mode of development, training, improvement, implementation and assessment. Just like building a railway, the road ahead has not yet reached the destination, and the paved railway is already transporting sand and gravel.
At present, at the same time of the initialization of the three pilot companies, the Information Department of the group organized a three-day centralized training of EAS system on December 16 and 18, with more than 60 trainees. The training effect was very good, which laid the foundation for the successful implementation of the next step.
