Since the "trs313 dream pursuit project" was launched one year ago, we have completed the careful layout and systematic planning work in the early stage from "dream project - Strategic Map - Implementation Path - looking for entrance - Mastering methodology and doing a lot of work". We have already run on the road of pursuing dreams!
Facing the new year, we set out again, how to adjust our mentality, how to break through obstacles, how to adhere to the original intention, to ensure the realization of counter cyclical high growth?
Only: dare to undertake, project driven, create value!
1、 Dare to take responsibility
（1） What is courage to take responsibility?
First, they should be practical and realistic, have a clear love and hate, have the courage to face problems, make bold decisions, actively eliminate the responsibility virus, and dare to take responsibility.
Second, be able to rush ahead, take the lead in pilot demonstration, stimulate team passion and creativity, and achieve high goals.
Third, dare to criticize and self-criticism, help subordinates succeed, improve themselves, and assume greater responsibilities.
（2） How to practice the responsibility?
First, we should learn to provide resources to help subordinates generate performance. To be successful, one should have the desire to succeed, the second is to have the ability, and the third is to have resources. It is the first duty of a leader to provide resources for the subordinates.
Second, we should learn to appreciate from top to bottom, do not complain, reach a consensus, give full play to everyone's strengths, and activate a group of people to do a thing together.
Third, we should learn to handle affairs according to the second level of responsibility ladder, come up with multiple plans, dare to put forward suggestions and realize cooperative operations, and create value with collaborative teams, instead of relying on a single professional division of labor.
2、 Project driven
（1） Source of the project
The source of the project starts from three aspects: the first is from the customer's pain point; the second is the business value flow problem; the third is the management value flow problem, so as to continuously create value for customers, for the company and for employees.
（2） Project initiation
Project approval depends on the key issues that can be solved by cross departments, can not be completed in a short period of time, and need funds and resources support, so as to focus on major events, break through the development bottleneck and key elements obstacles, build core competitive advantage, and drive the high growth of enterprises in reverse cycle.
（3） Project implementation
Once the project is approved, the project leader shall establish a special project team according to the smart principle of project system, and formulate seven command action plans (with objectives, contents, steps, time, place, responsible person and assessment) to promote the implementation and acceptance in an orderly manner.
3、 Creating value
（1） What is value creation
The first is to create value for customer satisfaction: starting from the customer pain point, the number of new customers, the number of repeat purchase and the number of customer referral increase. The second is to create profits for the development of the company: starting from the management problems, we should improve the five indicators of income, efficiency, cost, return and scale. Finally, it is to create a platform for the growth of employees: starting from the helplessness of employees, to improve their ability, achieve their goals and increase their income.
（2） Organizational mechanism guarantee of value creation
First, the members of the project team should be accustomed to accepting the "two-way leadership" of the special line leader and the project leader at the same time; second, the members of the project team should eliminate the original responsibility virus of "either you or I" and participate in the joint operation.
（3） Improve the three value creation operation system
First of all, gradually improve the classification, collection, creation and accumulation system of value index data. Secondly, benchmarking analysis, value early warning and value discovery system construction. Finally, it is necessary to create a digital and online operation system.
