In the process of counter cyclical development, we should adhere to what kind of concept, change what kind of thinking mode, and master what kind of methodology, so as to better and faster adapt to the current survival and development environment, consolidate the business model for the current and long-term sustainable development, and create an efficient management system to support the rapid growth of business. All our work should focus on business operation, The construction of all management systems should be subject to and serve the business operation center. The ultimate goal and measurement standard of management system construction is whether the combat ability of front-line organizations can be improved and whether more grain can be harvested. The construction of business operation and management system should take the project system as the breakthrough point to solve the problem; the promotion and implementation of the project system should operate with sunset law and efficiency tracking method.
